### Existence and attractivity of periodic solutions to
Cohen-Grossberg neural network with distributed delays

**Abstract:**

We study the existence and exponential attractivity of
periodic solutions to Cohen-Grossberg neural network with
distributed delays. Our results are obtained by applying the
continuation theorem of coincidence degree theory and a general
Halanay inequality.
