Title: Mixed boundary-value problems for  quantum hydrodynamic
       models with semiconductors in thermal equilibrium

Abstract: 
 We show the existence of solutions for mixed boundary-value problems
 that model quantum hydrodynamics in thermal equilibrium.
 Also we find the semi-classical limit of the solutions.
