Title: Existence of almost periodic solutions for  Hopfield 
       neural networks with continuously distributed delays
       and impulses

Abstract:
 By means of a Cauchy matrix, we prove the existence
 of almost periodic solutions for Hopfield neural networks with
 continuously distributed delays and impulses.
 An example is employed to illustrate our results.
