Abstract:
In this article, we establish some sufficient conditions for the complete
controllability of semilinear matrix Lyapunov systems involving Lipschitzian
and non-Lipschitzian nonlinearities. In case of non-Lipschitzian
nonlinearities, we assume that nonlinearities are of monotone type.
