The first step normalization for hamiltonian systems with two degrees of freedom over orbit cylinders

Abstract:
The near integrability property is studied for a class of perturbed Hamiltonian systems with two degrees of freedom on a phase space whose symplectic form depends non-uniformly on a small parameter.
